About the role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll help build and scale the core product behind a new generation of design tools for the fashion industry by developing complex, real-time features, and playing a key role in the overall direction of the platform.

You'll work closely with the CTO, taking on increasing ownership across both product and technical decisions, while collaborating with product, design, and the founding team.

In the short term, a big part of the work will be transitioning the system from an early-stage codebase into a more scalable architecture — improving existing systems, tackling technical debt, and bringing structure where needed.

What you'll do

• Build and improve full-stack features for a real-time, product-driven platform (JavaScript, Svelte, Cloudflare Workers)

• Work closely with the CTO, growing into a key partner in shaping the technical direction and supporting the evolution of the team

• Help transition the system from an early-stage codebase into a more scalable and maintainable architecture

• Refactor and improve existing systems, tackling technical debt and bringing structure where needed

• Work across frontend and backend to develop complex, interactive workflows beyond standard CRUD systems

• Develop systems that enable real-time collaboration and data synchronization

• Collaborate closely with product and design to turn ideas into high-quality features

• Continuously improve how things are built, balancing speed with long-term quality

• Support the team by sharing context, proactively unblocking others, and raising the bar for ownership and execution

Who you are

Must-haves:

• Solid experience as a Full Stack Engineer (5+ years)

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript

• Experience building web products where frontend and backend are tightly interconnected

• Good understanding of web fundamentals, system design, and reactive / real-time product behavior

• Experience working on evolving codebases — improving, refactoring, and scaling systems beyond their initial stage

• Ability to get productive in a non-standard stack without needing everything to be familiar from day one

• Experience in startup environments, or clear evidence that you thrive with ambiguity and ownership

Nice-to-have:

• Experience building power-user products or technically complex web applications

• Exposure to image-heavy products, graphics, 3D, rendering, or game-like environments

• Experience with local-first architectures

• Experience with Cloudflare Workers or similar serverless / distributed systems
